What kind of events do you host at your venue?
We host any & all types of events. Weddings, Quinces, Memorials, Corporate events, parties for Birthdays, Graduations, etc. & more! We have packages to suit all events & budgets.
What if I only want a ceremony?
Although it is not on our website, we do offer a ceremony only package. No guests are included in this package it is for the Bride, Groom, 2 witnesses, & the minister (Angelica’s provides one if needed). You get married, take a couple of photos, sign your marriage license, & that’s it! The price for this is $300 & we offer this on Monday-Friday only.
What are Angelica's Event Perks?
Angelica’s Event Perks are a special gift to you for choosing Angelica’s to host your event! If your package is $3,000 or more we offer you 1 perk per $1,000 up to $10,000 & 10 perks! Options could include extra decor, extra food or drink items, and more. Some examples being colored linens, elegant draping, chair sashes, hors d’oeuvre tables, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or even a free bar! See all of your many choices here: Angelica’s Event Perks
What size events can you handle?
The chapel holds 150 people for ceremony seating, or 120 people for dining. The indoor reception hall seats 50 additional guests for dining, & The outside patio and courtyard will accommodate up to 250 people.
Can we bring in our own food, or use our own caterer?
Yes. We have an excellent 5-star caterer, but if you wish to provide your own food or any other vendor aside from ours, we have a facility rental package to accommodate you.
Can we use our own vendors, such as photographers, DJ's, florists, bakeries, officiants, etc.?
Yes, if you choose to use any vendors outside of ours, the Facility Rental Package will accommodate you.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. Angelica’s has an Arizona Full Bar License, which means it is against the law to bring in your own alcohol. However we offer many bar options for any event.
How do I get a marriage license?
The Pima County Clerk of the Superior Court website provides the necessary information. Currently, Pima County charges a $76 fee to issue a marriage license.
How do I reserve my date?
A low payment of $500 reserves your date. This goes towards your total balance.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No. All deposits & payments made to Angelica’s are non-refundable if your event is cancelled. We do however allow you to reschedule your event for any available date up to one year after the current booked date. You can continue making payments towards that date or use the funds already paid to have a smaller event.
Can we make monthly payments?
Yes. For your convenience, interest-free monthly payments are required. The balance must be 50% paid no later than 90 days prior to your event & the balance must be fully paid off 30 days prior to your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, checks or cash.

Is adequate nearby parking available?
Yes. We have a large, on-site, paved parking lot at the facility.
Can we bring flower petals?
Yes, but for indoors, only artificial flower petals are allowed. For outdoors, only fresh, real flower petals are allowed. Petals must be kept out of the fountains and ponds, as these tend to plug the drains and filters
If you don't make a profit, why do you include these vendors in your packages?
We have found that our vendors provide a high quality product for a reasonable price, which is passed on to you. We have used these same vendors for many years & have learned that they work well with us, each other, & most importantly the clients. Therefore, using these vendors results in smoother-running events, and happier clients.
are adequate restroom facilities available?
Yes. We have four women’s stalls, and a urinal and stall for men. There is also a powder room & shower in the bridal suite(to be used by clients, not guests)
