Half-Facility Rental

Price:

Monday- Thursday: $700

Friday & Sunday: $1,000

Saturday: $1,200 (Saturday only for available dates 6 weeks before event) 

 

  • The Half-Facility rental includes either the indoor hall/chapel & multi purpose room across from the bar OR the outdoor garden & covered patio but not both. It does not include brides room, grooms parlor, kitchen, linens, silverware, or dishes. (If you would like some or all of these things to be included please see our customized event package)
  • Includes facility use for 5 hours between 11am and 11pm plus one hour for set up, decorating, and dressing for a total of 6 consecutive hours. 
  • Includes tables & chairs for up to 150 people. You will need to provide your own for guests over the 150 count. 
  • You must do your own setup and cleanup. A $500 refundable cleaning deposit is required and will be returned upon inspection of facility after the event. 
  • Full bar is available
